Commissioning
Commissioning (Cx)
Commissioning is the due process that ensures strict compliance of field implementation of the engineering design and objectives in accordance with the design document, industry standards and applicable codes. Our due diligent approach and the sequential phasing measures contemplate project scheduling and constructability. Our commissioning team is committed to working closely with our clients and the construction teams for the purpose of achieving optimal construction progress that is on schedule and budget-compliant.
Retro-commissioning (RCx)
Retro-commissioning is the application of the commissioning process to existing buildings in compliance with the industry codes and standards. Retro-commissioning is a keen process that seeks to improve how building equipment and systems function together. The intent of the retro-commissioning process is resolve problems and provide guide to building owners and managers to use and follow the retro-commissioning process as a cost-effective method to reduce expenses and increase revenue through improved building operations. We believe that the more an owner is involved in the retro-commissioning process, the lower the costs, the larger the benefits, and the longer the impact. Hence, the optimal goal of the retro-commissioning process is to improve a building’s operations and maintenance (O&M) procedures that will enhance overall building performance.
We believe that a well-thought-out retro-commissioning planning process would provide the anticipated outcome of the operation. The execution of the process typically would follow the following sequential phasing: 1) planning, 2) Investigation, 3) Implementation, & 4) Hand off.
